Gino is our team captain. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Gino was a custom home builder for 17 years in the Okanagan with experience in land development and investment properties. Gino has developed our unique team approach to ensure your needs are satisfied. The Property Source Group is Gino’s support system. Team Management and Marketing - Cindy Garner

Cindy ensures that the office runs smoothly by overseeing all of our systems and procedures. Her past experience was in new construction, customer service and home warranty management with education in Business Administration. She uses her knowledge and experience to assist group members so clients receive the highest level of service we can offer.

A licensed Realtor, Cindy helps the group by providing vital daily guidance and support to all members. Along with Gino she has also achieved the top Chairman’s Round Table award 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Listing Specialist - Dal Anderson

Previously in homes sales in Alberta, Dal achieved Edmonton Regional Home Builders Association Gold Sales Status for Sales in New Home Construction. Dal has been an award winning realtor with The Property Source Group since 2005. In addition to assisting her Buyers, Dal is using her creativity and knowledge in the all important role of Listing Specialist. She will actively seek feedback from other agents that have shown your home and give you regular reports about these showings and market activity.

With a background in market housing and 15 years experience at CMHC, Pat is a wealth of knowledge and know-how! Further, she has completed the UBC Faculty of Commerce Real Estate Course and received her Mortgage Brokers’ license in 2004.
